Polly brownies
 
Classic brownies with some classic swedish candy

  • 100 g chocolate
  • 100g butter
  • 50 g chopped walnut kernels
  • 150 g of Polly
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 ml granulated sugar
  • 150 ml flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees.
  2. Grease a roasting pan about 20 × 30 cm.
  3. Melt butter and chocolate over low heat and let cool slightly.
  4. Mix cookies, nuts, sugar, eggs, flour and baking powder firmly into the melted chocolate.
  5. Spread the batter into the baking tray and spread throughout the gingerbread on top.
  6. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes. Let cool slightly, then cut into pieces and serve with whipped cream.
