Food muffins with salami, feta cheese and onions

A tasty muffin, perfect for a brunch or a picnic
  • about 10 cm of leek
  • 1 small red onion
  • 1 tablespoon of oil for frying
  • 150 g of feta cheese
  • 50 g sliced pepper salami
  • 12 cocktails
  • 200 ml of graham flour
  • 200 ml of wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 eggs
  • 225 ml of sour milk
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  1. Heat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  2. Finely chop the leek and red onions.
  3. Fry the onions in a frying pan with oil
  4. Strip the salami, cut the feta in to cubes and halve the tomatoes
  5. Mix the flour, salt and baking powder in a bowl.
  6. Mix in the salami
  7. Take a new bowl and whisk eggs, sour milk and olive oil.
  8. Stir the egg mixture into the flour mixture.
  9. Add the cheese and the onion.
  10. Spread the batter in a well greased muffin plate.
  11. Press down two tomato halves in each muffin.
  12. Bake the bread in the oven for 23-25 minutes.
  13. Let them rest a stick in the plate before picking up them.
